Spiritual Practices for Kailash

The Adhik- extra month has begun today. Please try to do some extra practices as per your time and convenience. Any Vishnu i.e. Rama practices are recommended. Particularly those going to Mt. Kailash surely do extras. Atleast 11 malas daily of OM NAMAHA SHIVAYA along with extra Rama mantras are best.

An excellent time and opportunity to gain extra benefits and expedite the spiritual growth process.

Sita Ram,

Congratulations! The spiritual path is not for cowards. A brave decision to join, a very outstanding yoga to realization.

Hope, you are preparing both physically and mentally for the trip. Besides exercising etc be sure to dedicate some spiritual practices for the success of the trip both individually and for the group. We want each and every participant to make it successfully. We all need to cooperate and work as Guruji’s children for that to happen. Only our efforts will allow grace to flow for total success.

We have worked our best to make the trip economical yet comfortable under the circumstances. Please travel light yet with the essentials. We are working to upgrade hotel in Nepal so that we all get a good rest and overcome the jetlag. This will cost a little more but it is worth particularly with this trip as we have done in all past adventures to India.

Altitude sickness is the major concern. We have special herbs which you can order to start taking a week prior to the trip. Also, herbs for the lungs/respiratory system etc will be available for the high altitude. We recommend you purchase these as they are vital supports to success.

Please also be aware that the tour is managed by a disciple who is a surgeon in India and started a non-profit to serve the pilgrims. He offered to help with the trip. They have taken groups since past eight to nine years and are very familiar with the different needs and situations. Although, there are several websites. Please remain trusting and calm with the set-up.

We will keep in touch and give details as they come up. The herbs will be available for sale early June.

Bring swimming gear if brave to bathe at Mansarovar. We will do this on Guru Purnima day a great bonus for us.
